Duy Tien Urban Area Ha Nam
Taseco Land's consortium will invest in an urban area with a total capital of nearly VND4,800 billion, an area of 115 hectares in Ha Nam, expected to be completed in 2028.
01. Project overview
The new urban area south of Duy Tien town's administrative center is located in Yen Bac ward, Ha Nam, next to the Red River and has Chau Giang river flowing through it, belonging to the key industrial and service development area of the province.
