On February 19, 2025, in Hanoi, Vietnam Real Estate Electronic Magazine (Reatimes) and Vietnam Real Estate Research Institute (VIRES) organized the annual event "The 5th Spring Real Estate Forum" and "The Ceremony to Honor the Leading Real Estate Brands in 2024 - 2025".
