HOSE and Taseco Land executives performed the gong-striking ceremony to mark the first trading session on HOSE.

On August 1, 2025, nearly 312 million TAL shares of Taseco Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (Taseco Land) officially began trading on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE) at a reference price of VND 25,500 per share. Previously, TAL’s last trading session on the UPCoM was on July 21, with a closing price of VND 28,700 per share.

Within the first 15 minutes of the ATO session, TAL shares hit the upper limit of a 20% increase (the ceiling limit on the first trading day on HoSE), reaching VND 30,600 per share. TAL shares also entered a "no-sell" state, meaning there were no sell orders due to overwhelming buying demand.

At the price of VND 30,600 per share, TAL’s market capitalization exceeded VND 9,500 billion.

The listing on HoSE took place earlier than expected, as shared by company leadership at the 2025 Annual General Meeting. Chairman Pham Ngoc Thanh had previously projected that TAL would be listed on HoSE by November 2025 at the latest.

Analysts view this move to HoSE as a strategic step that reflects Taseco Land’s commitment to transparency and governance standardization. Moreover, meeting all listing criteria is expected to strengthen shareholder confidence and attract medium- to long-term institutional capital.

In the first half of 2025, Taseco Land recorded net revenue of VND 933 billion. Thanks to a sharp improvement in gross profit margin from 24.3% to 33.7%, the company posted a net profit of VND 60 billion—3.5 times higher than the same period in 2024.

These positive financial results reflect the effectiveness of the company’s product restructuring, cost control, and thorough preparation for a major commercialization phase in the second half of the year.

Starting in Q3 2025, Taseco Land plans to launch key projects including Long Bien, Trung Van, and Me Linh urban areas in Hanoi, Nam Thai in Thai Nguyen, and the Dong Van 3 industrial park in Ninh Binh. These projects are expected to create revenue breakthroughs and significantly improve cash flow toward year-end.

Operating primarily in real estate, Taseco Land has ambitious plans to expand its land bank. In 2025, the company expects to develop four new projects, adding around 350 hectares of land. By year-end, its total land bank is projected to reach nearly 1,000 hectares across various real estate segments—laying a strong foundation for future business activities.

In mid-July, the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong Party Committee reviewed and approved the investment policy for the infrastructure development and business project of Thuy Nguyen Industrial Park – Phase 1, to be developed by Taseco Hai Phong Industrial Park JSC—a subsidiary of TAL. The project spans 247.8 hectares across Bach Dang, Nam Trieu, and Hoa Binh wards, with a total investment of VND 3,939.7 billion. Land clearance is planned from Q3 2025 to Q4 2026, and infrastructure completion and operations will begin in Q4 2028.

Earlier, on June 25, the Taseco Land – ICON4 consortium won the bidding to develop a new urban area project in Tu Son City (Bac Ninh). The project covers 62.27 hectares with a total estimated investment of more than VND 3,964 billion.

Also in Tu Son City, a consortium of Taseco Land and HNG Holdings is the developer of another new urban area project, spanning 30.47 hectares and with an estimated investment of over VND 2,500 billion.

In April 2025, the company also successfully bid on the New Urban Area and Central Pedestrian Street Project in Thai Nguyen City, winning at over VND 1,367 billion. The winning bidder will develop all technical infrastructure for the 6.6-hectare project, which includes: a pedestrian street, a building with one underground level for parking and commercial services, and adjacent housing units.

With strong business performance, an expansive land bank, and a portfolio of major projects, the listing on HoSE is expected to be a significant catalyst for TAL stock.
