On August 5, 2026, at the conference announcing the Bac Ninh Urban Master Plan through 2050, with a vision to 2075, and the decision recognizing Bac Ninh Province as meeting the criteria for a Class I urban area, Plaschem Infrastructure Investment and Business Joint Stock Company, a subsidiary of Taseco Land, received an in-principle investment approval from the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee for the Yen Son Industrial Park Infrastructure Development and Operation Project.

At the conference, representatives of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee announced the decision approving the Bac Ninh Urban Master Plan. Minister of Construction Tran Hong Minh also presented the decision officially recognizing Bac Ninh Province as meeting the criteria for a Class I urban area.

As part of the event, the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee presented 48 decisions granting in-principle investment approval and investor approval, along with investment registration certificates, for major projects with a combined investment capital of approximately VND 180 trillion.

Notably, the Yen Son Industrial Park Infrastructure Development and Operation Project, developed by Plaschem Infrastructure Investment and Business Joint Stock Company, a subsidiary of Taseco Land, is among the major projects approved. Covering an area of 154.48 hectares in Bac Lung Commune, Bac Ninh Province, the project has a total investment of more than VND 2.157 trillion.

The Yen Son Industrial Park project is being developed as Bac Ninh continues to attract strong domestic and foreign investment. During the first seven months of 2026, the province attracted more than US$13.8 billion in total investment capital, converted into US dollars. Of this amount, foreign direct investment (FDI) exceeded US$2.7 billion, ranking Bac Ninh fourth among Vietnam's 34 provinces and centrally governed cities. These figures further demonstrate the attractiveness of Bac Ninh's investment environment and reinforce its position as a major destination for FDI and industrial development.

Furthermore, Yen Son Industrial Park is located within the Luc Nam–Luc Ngan development corridor, an important economic and transportation axis connected to National Highway 31. Under the development plan through 2050, the Lang Giang–Luc Nam area is designated for industrial development, urban services, and logistics, while Luc Ngan is oriented toward high-tech agriculture and agricultural product processing.

Taseco Land's expansion into Bac Ninh marks another step in its industrial real estate development strategy, focusing on locations with strong advantages in investment attraction and manufacturing activities. Previously, on May 14, 2026, the company officially broke ground on Phase 1 of the Taseco Thuy Nguyen Industrial Park Infrastructure Development and Operation Project in the Dinh Vu–Cat Hai Economic Zone, Hai Phong. The project spans nearly 250 hectares, with a total investment of approximately VND 4 trillion.

Meanwhile, Taseco Dong Van 3 Industrial Park, covering 223 hectares, has achieved an occupancy rate of approximately 70%. This result further demonstrates Taseco Land's capabilities in infrastructure investment, investor attraction, and the operation of large-scale industrial parks.

The company's growing portfolio of projects across Ninh Binh, Hai Phong, and Bac Ninh reflects its efforts to establish an integrated industrial real estate ecosystem in northern Vietnam's key industrial hubs. At the same time, Taseco Land is adopting a flexible expansion strategy that combines direct project development with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to diversify and strengthen its investment portfolio.

Yen Son Industrial Park is expected to become an important component of Taseco Land's long-term development strategy. As outlined by the company's leadership at its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Taseco Land aims to explore and develop approximately 10 industrial parks over the next five years. The company will also remain flexible in adjusting its plans in response to market developments, prioritizing investment efficiency and project quality.

With the addition of Yen Son Industrial Park to its investment portfolio, Taseco Land is progressively realizing its long-term strategy to develop an integrated industrial park ecosystem. Industrial real estate is expected to become one of the company's key growth drivers in the coming years, alongside its established business segments, including urban real estate, commercial properties, services, and resort developments.
