Taseco Land Diversifies Growth Drivers, Expands Investments in Industrial Real Estate and Energy
The Board of Directors of Taseco Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (Taseco Land, HOSE: TAL) has recently approved plans to make capital contributions toward the establishment of two new companies operating in the industrial park and energy sectors, with a total proposed investment of VND 413 billion.
According to the resolution, the first company proposed for establishment is Taseco Kim Bang Industrial Park Joint Stock Company, with an expected charter capital of VND 420 billion. Taseco Land plans to contribute VND 273 billion, representing a 65% equity stake in the new company. Its proposed headquarters will be located at Plot DV01 within Dong Van 3 Supporting Industrial Park, east of the Cau Gie–Ninh Binh Expressway, Duy Tien Ward, Ninh Binh Province.
In addition, Taseco Land's Board of Directors has approved a capital contribution plan to establish Taseco Energy Investment Joint Stock Company, with an expected charter capital of VND 200 billion. Taseco Land intends to contribute VND 140 billion, equivalent to a 70% equity stake. The company's proposed headquarters will be located on the 7th Floor of ICON4 Building, 243A De La Thanh Street, Lang Ward, Hanoi.
The two newly proposed companies will have a combined charter capital of VND 620 billion, of which Taseco Land's planned capital contributions will total VND 413 billion.

Under its development strategy, industrial real estate is one of the key sectors in which Taseco Land plans to concentrate its resources in the coming years, alongside urban, residential, commercial, and resort real estate. The company aims to continue investing in and completing technical infrastructure while increasing occupancy rates across its industrial parks, with the goal of strengthening this segment's contribution to its overall revenue structure.
As outlined by Taseco Land's leadership at the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, the company aims to explore and develop more than 10 industrial parks by the end of 2027. At the same time, Taseco Land will maintain flexibility in adjusting its investment plans in response to actual market conditions, prioritizing the efficiency and viability of individual projects.
Taseco Land's current industrial real estate portfolio spans several key industrial hubs in northern Vietnam, including Taseco Dong Van 3 Industrial Park in Ninh Binh (223 hectares); Phase 1 of Taseco Thuy Nguyen Industrial Park in the Dinh Vu–Cat Hai Economic Zone, Hai Phong (250 hectares); and Yen Son Industrial Park in Bac Ninh (154.48 hectares), among others.
Beyond accelerating its industrial real estate development activities, Taseco Land's planned capital contribution toward the establishment of Taseco Energy Investment Joint Stock Company represents a strategic step in expanding its business operations and diversifying its revenue streams over the long term.

In addition to opening up new growth opportunities, the energy sector is expected to create synergies with the industrial real estate ecosystem that Taseco Land is actively developing. As industrial parks increasingly prioritize integrated infrastructure, energy efficiency, and sustainable development standards, building capabilities in the energy sector could provide a stronger foundation for Taseco Land to explore integrated solutions for its future projects.
