Taseco Land Shareholders' Meeting: Goal to become a Public Company in 2020

On June 27, 2020, Taseco Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (Taseco Land) successfully held the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Consolidated revenue reached VND 576,521 billion, profit after tax reached VND 108,046 billion, respectively reaching 108.1% and 179.5% compared to the plan - these are the positive results that Taseco Land achieved in 2019.

2019 General Meeting of Shareholders

The meeting was attended by Mr. Pham Ngoc Thanh - Chairman of the Board of Directors (BOD) Mr. Nguyen Tran Tung - Member of the BOD and General Director Mr. Do Viet Thanh - Member of the BOD and Permanent Deputy General Director members of the Board of Supervisors (BOS), the Board of Directors and shareholders owning and representing 134,580,000 shares, equivalent to 98.96% of the shares with voting rights.

The meeting voted to approve a number of contents at the meeting according to regulations and received the consensus of the majority of shareholders attending.
