JOB DESCRIPTION
- Management of geological survey work (appraisal of survey tasks, survey plans, progress control, implementation supervision, acceptance and payment of bid packages).
- Manage and supervise the design and construction progress of assigned projects.
- Manage design work, appraise design documents of conceptual steps, basic design, construction drawings (departments: structure, façade, etc.); Handle design according to assigned functions.
- Management of construction quality and maintenance (construction structure & finishing).
- Carry out bidding document preparation and evaluation of bid documents for assigned packages according to functions.
- Report on evaluation of new material types or according to contractor and supplier's proposal.
- Check draft design and construction contracts.
- Archive design documents.
- Other tasks arising under the direction of the Department Leader.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Gender: Male.
- Age: 25 - 45 years old.
- Graduated from regular university majoring in construction, architecture or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years in a similar position, or over 5 years in a design consultancy unit (priority given to those who have participated in many large projects).
- Professional knowledge in the field of design management, project management, design, and verification.
- Basic English (reading and understanding drawings and documents).
- Proficient in office software (MS Office), AutoCAD and structural calculation software ((Etabs, Sap, Safe, Plaxis, Prokon). Priority is given to those who know how to use 3D simulation software (Revit, BIM, Autodesk 3DS Max, SketchUp Pro).
- Proactive at work, able to withstand high work pressure
- Good health, ready to travel far.
- Priority is given to candidates with a certificate of practice in design or project management.
