TAL Shares of Taseco Land Now Eligible for Margin Trading, Poised to Attract Fresh Retail Investor Capital

The Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) has officially announced the removal of TAL shares—issued by Taseco Land Investment Joint Stock Company (Taseco Land)—from the list of securities ineligible for margin trading.

TAL Now Eligible for Margin Trading

HOSE has reinstated TAL shares on the list of securities permitted for margin trading after the company fully met all current regulatory requirements. This development follows the completion of the mandatory six-month listing period since TAL’s debut on the exchange. It also reflects the company’s consistent efforts to comply with information disclosure regulations and maintain a stable financial foundation, thereby providing securities firms and investors with an additional effective trading tool.

In the current stock market environment, where individual (retail) investors play a crucial role in sustaining liquidity, TAL’s eligibility for margin trading broadens the range of options available. This is especially appealing to investors seeking to optimize capital efficiency while supporting the company’s growth trajectory.

The strong backing from major shareholders—Taseco Group holding 62% and foreign fund Dragon Capital owning more than 9%—further underscores broad confidence in Taseco Land’s long-term development direction.

Beyond its technical significance, the reinstatement of margin eligibility represents a strategic milestone. It facilitates easier access to investment capital, enabling the company to fund ambitious large-scale real estate project expansions. With these positive factors in place, 2026 is widely expected to mark a period of accelerated growth for Taseco Land, both in business performance and in strengthening its standing among listed real estate companies.

Total Assets Exceed VND 15,000 Billion, Robust Cash Inflows from Customers

Taseco Land recently released its Q4/2025 financial statements, reporting strong growth and the simultaneous rollout of multiple major projects in key markets. The company posted net revenue of VND 1,559 billion in the quarter—3.5 times higher than the same period last year—while after-tax profit attributable to the parent company’s shareholders reached nearly VND 390 billion.

For the full year 2025, net revenue surged to VND 3,730 billion, more than 2.2 times the 2024 figure. After-tax profit for parent shareholders stood at VND 657 billion.

As of December 31, 2025, the company’s inventory value exceeded VND 7,300 billion, primarily comprising real estate for sale under construction. Key contributing projects include: the new urban area and central pedestrian street in Thái Nguyên City; Project A3/CT2 in Long Biên; the southern urban area of Duy Tiên town, Hà Nam; Nam Thái complex in Thái Nguyên; supporting Industrial Park Đồng Văn III; Project No. 4 in Thanh Hóa; along with various resettlement and housing developments.

Additionally, more than VND 1,000 billion in construction-in-progress costs were recorded for projects such as component B3-CC2-B at Starlake, Taseco Quảng Bình resort, Lakeview Tower, and supporting Industrial Park Đồng Văn III—indicating accelerated implementation across multiple segments and locations.

At year-end 2025, Taseco Land’s total assets reached VND 15,312 billion, up more than 64% from the beginning of the year. Equity stood at VND 6,528 billion. Notably, short-term advances from customers—a direct indicator of cash inflows from buyers—jumped sharply to VND 2,446 billion, reflecting strong market demand for the company’s real estate products.

Industrial Real Estate – A New Growth Pillar for Taseco Land

2025 marked a pivotal turning point in Taseco Land’s development strategy. After 16 years of establishing a solid position in residential real estate, the company began reaping tangible results from its second strategic pillar: industrial real estate.

A standout highlight was the supporting Industrial Park Đồng Văn III (now in Ninh Bình Province), where Taseco Land recorded its first revenue from this segment through initial handovers. Diversifying into industrial projects has enabled the company to optimize its land bank and generate more sustainable cash flows.

Currently, Taseco Land holds a total industrial land bank of 469 hectares across two flagship projects: supporting Industrial Park Đồng Văn III, which has commenced handovers and is contributing to overall revenue; and the industrial park in Thủy Nguyên (Hai Phong), which is advancing land clearance, compensation, and site preparation to enable early operations.
