On March 2, 2020, with the approval of the Company's Board of Directors, Taseco Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (Taseco Land) held a Ceremony to announce the appointment of the position of Acting Chief of Office of the Company.

The ceremony was attended by members of the Board of Directors, the Board of General Directors of Taseco Company, Taseco Land and the Board of Directors of member companies in the Taseco Land system.Accordingly, Mr. Do Le Nam was appointed as Acting Chief of Office of the Company.
