Record-high FDI in Five Years: Taseco Land Rides the Investment Wave, Expanding Its Industrial Real Estate Footprint in Northern Vietnam
Amid a continuing surge in foreign direct investment (FDI) into Vietnam and the global trend of supply chain relocation, industrial real estate has emerged as one of the most attractive market segments. Swiftly capitalizing on this momentum, Taseco Land is steadily establishing itself as a forward-thinking developer of industrial parks with a clear long-term strategy.

Vietnam recorded nearly $33.7 billion in registered FDI capital over the first 11 months of 2025, alongside $23.6 billion in realized (disbursed) capital—the highest level in the past five years (according to the General Statistics Office under the Ministry of Finance). Combined with the ongoing global supply chain shift, demand for ready-to-occupy production sites with complete infrastructure, clear legal status, and immediate handover availability has skyrocketed, positioning industrial real estate as the most compelling sector in the market.
Quick to seize this opportunity, Taseco Land is reinforcing its presence in the real estate sector by strategically expanding into industrial park development with a well-defined long-term vision. Backed by stable financial strength, professional project execution capabilities, and effective coordination with local authorities, Taseco Land has become a reliable choice for FDI investors—particularly at a time when the market urgently needs industrial parks that can commence operations without delay.
Taseco Dong Van 3 Industrial Park – A Highlight in the Long-Term Development Strategy
As Taseco Land’s pioneering project in the industrial real estate sector, Taseco Dong Van 3 Industrial Park is emerging as a “golden destination” for high-quality manufacturing investment capital. Located in Dong Van, Duy Tien, and Tien Son communes (formerly in Ha Nam province, now part of Ninh Binh), the project enjoys a strategic position near northern expressways and industrial ring roads, offering seamless connectivity to major economic hubs such as Hanoi, Hai Phong, and Quang Ninh.
Spanning a total area of 223 hectares—including 166 hectares dedicated to industrial production—Taseco Dong Van 3 has already filled approximately 90 hectares, with the remaining 76 hectares ready for lease. In 2026, Taseco Land aims to complete synchronized infrastructure development and fully occupy the available leasable land, making a significant contribution to the company’s annual revenue. With thorough preparation, the park is expected to achieve one of the highest occupancy rates in the region, generating employment opportunities for local workers while boosting Ninh Binh province’s budget contributions.
Beyond its complete infrastructure, Taseco Dong Van 3 stands out thanks to Taseco Land’s commitment to full operational management and the provision of comprehensive technical and social utilities—including wastewater treatment plants, water supply, electricity, telecommunications, internal road networks, and meticulously designed landscaping. These features cater effectively to high-tech manufacturing, electronics, precision mechanics, supporting industries, and foster a green, clean, beautiful, and environmentally friendly working environment for employees.
Thuy Nguyen – A Strategic Leap in the Heart of Northern Vietnam’s Industrial and Logistics Hub
In parallel with Taseco Dong Van 3, in July 2025, Taseco Land further expanded its industrial real estate portfolio by receiving the Investment Registration Certificate for the Taseco Thuy Nguyen Industrial Park (Hai Phong) during the third session of the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC III) meeting, hosted by the Hai Phong People’s Committee.
The project is situated in Hoa Binh, Bach Dang, and Nam Trieu wards of Thuy Nguyen city—the most dynamic area in northern Vietnam for industry and logistics. It boasts significant advantages, including proximity to the deep-water Lach Huyen port, convenient access to the coastal expressway and Cat Bi Airport, making it an ideal choice for FDI enterprises engaged in export-oriented, high-tech, and logistics operations.
The Taseco Thuy Nguyen Industrial Park covers a total area of 247.8 hectares with an investment capital of approximately VND 3,939 billion (around $160 million). It is poised to become a new growth driver for Taseco Land in the coming period. Currently, the project is undergoing land clearance and compensation, master planning design, and preparations for technical infrastructure construction. It is expected to attract a substantial number of international enterprises in high-tech, export, and logistics sectors.
Notably, the project is planned as an integrated industrial-urban-service model, incorporating worker and expert housing, daily amenities, support services, education, and healthcare facilities. This approach not only enhances appeal to tenant businesses but also addresses key challenges related to stable labor supply, quality of life, and efficient production operations—critical factors amid intensifying competition for human resources in industrial zones.
Far from stopping at Dong Van 3 and Thuy Nguyen, Taseco Land is pursuing plans to expand its industrial real estate portfolio to nearly 1,000 hectares in the next few years, thereby strengthening its influence and elevating its position on Vietnam’s industrial real estate map. This strategy not only diversifies revenue streams but also builds a comprehensive industrial-urban-service ecosystem to meet the growing demands of major FDI clients.
As Vietnam’s industrial real estate market enters a golden phase—fueled by record-high FDI inflows and regional production relocation trends—companies like Taseco Land, with clean land reserves, rapid implementation, and synchronized infrastructure, are not merely riding the wave but actively setting new standards for industrial park development in Vietnam.
