Taseco Land organizes internal training on project management phase I in 2020

On June 9, 2020 (at Ngoc Vung Island, Van Don District, Quang Ninh Province), Taseco Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (Taseco Land) organized an internal training session on the topic of quality management, design, acceptance, and contract settlement during the investment project implementation phase.

Attending the training session were officers of the Project Management Board and related departments such as: Economic Planning Department, Technical Management Department, Finance and Accounting Department, Company Office.

The contents shared at the training session included: project management and quality management processes according to Decision No. 43/2020/QD-TGĐ dated May 15, 2020 coordination between the Company's departments in implementing the application of the process for transitional projects and new projects acceptance and payment processes with contractors to ensure progress, efficiency and reputation of the Company.

At the session training, representatives of the Project Management Board (PMU) discussed and proposed effective coordination methods between departments in the design process, design adjustment, construction process, and construction drawing approval management to ensure project progress. At the same time, the PMU summarized the very important points of Decision No. 43/2020/QD-TGĐ in the process of project management such as: capacity inspection of parties participating in construction, management of acceptance records, management of legal records to ensure archiving and convenience when checking and finalizing the project.

Mr. Doan Viet Dung - Deputy Director of the À La Carte Ha Long PMU shared his experience in implementing the bored pile project applied to the project in the recent period and the organization of construction of phase II of the project for the underground package, body structure with a scale of over 400 billion.
