Taseco Land Successfully Launches Square Property Sales in Thai Nguyen, Setting Strong Momentum for 2026 Growth Plan

Positive signals emerging right from the first quarter of 2026 are paving a favorable start for the business operations of Taseco Investment Real Estate Joint Stock Company (Taseco Land, ticker: TAL). The company recently held a launch and sales event for the Pedestrian Street in the center of Thai Nguyen Province, drawing significant interest from a large number of customers and investors.

At the event on March 14, 2026, the Central Square Thai Nguyen project recorded impressive transaction results, with 98% of the available inventory sold out in just minutes. This outcome highlights the strong appeal of shophouse products in central pedestrian square developments—a rare real estate typology in urban areas.

According to the developer’s representative, the successful sales event not only reflects strong market demand for prime-location properties but also establishes a solid foundation for the company’s business performance in 2026.

Central square properties remain scarce and highly valued

Market observations indicate that areas surrounding central squares consistently experience stable and strong price appreciation over multiple cycles. For example, in New York (USA), Times Square has maintained its position as Manhattan’s highest-priced district for over a century, driven by massive foot traffic and relentless cultural-economic vibrancy. Similarly, in Paris (France), Place Vendôme is renowned not only for its real estate value but also as an iconic cultural hub attracting the world’s leading luxury brands.

In Vietnam, several cities are increasingly focusing on developing real estate models integrated with central squares to create large-scale commercial and festival spaces. Against this backdrop, Central Square Thai Nguyen is strategically located in the heart of Phan Dinh Phung Ward—an area positioned to become the new core of Thai Nguyen Province’s city center.

A key highlight of the project is a pedestrian street spanning over 330 meters, combined with an event square and a comprehensive system of commercial and entertainment amenities. It is expected to emerge as a new destination for shopping, social gatherings, and festivals for local residents and tourists alike.

With a limited supply, the collection of 174 shophouses at the project is considered highly advantageous for operating service, retail, and F&B businesses. These units are poised to benefit from steady customer flows generated by the provincial administrative headquarters, various government agencies, and large-scale cultural events regularly held at Vo Nguyen Giap Square and the adjacent pedestrian street.

Clearly, the series of strong sales performances across projects in recent periods demonstrates Taseco Land’s effective strategy, product development capabilities, and keen grasp of essential market needs.

Ambitious growth strategy for 2026

In 2026, Taseco Land has set a target of VND 13,000 billion in revenue and VND 3,000 billion in after-tax profit, representing increases of 356% and 451%, respectively, compared to the 2025 actual results. This plan reflects the company’s expectations as the real estate market enters a recovery cycle, along with anticipated progress on key projects this year.

According to market analysts, the positive early-year sales results—such as those at Central Square Thai Nguyen—could provide a strong foundation for the company to achieve its outlined business objectives.

Following Central Square Thai Nguyen, Taseco Land plans to roll out sales for a series of large-scale projects featuring diverse product types in northern provinces.

Prior to Central Square Thai Nguyen, the company had already recorded encouraging signals from several projects expected to contribute to 2026 results, including Long Bien Central (Hanoi), Central Riverside Thanh Hoa, and Dong Van 3 Industrial Park (Ninh Binh). These projects have implemented sales plans with positive outcomes in recent periods.

Looking ahead, Taseco Land intends to continue launching sales for multiple large-scale projects with varied typologies across northern localities, such as the 115-ha urban area in Duy Tien (Ninh Binh), the Trung Van – To Huu project (Hanoi), Thuy Nguyen Industrial Park (Hai Phong), and others.

The diverse project portfolio—spanning urban developments, urban real estate, and industrial parks—is expected to help Taseco Land broaden revenue streams and create substantial growth headroom in the coming period. Especially as the real estate market enters a recovery phase, maintaining strong sales momentum and expanding the project pipeline will serve as key drivers for Taseco Land’s growth, thereby enhancing value for shareholders and investors.
