Taseco Land Targets Profit of Over VND 2,500 Billion, Unveils Ambitious Capital Increase Plan Ahead of 2026 AGM

Taseco Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (Taseco Land, ticker: TAL) has released its documents for the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM), outlining a series of notable plans related to growth strategy, scale expansion, and financial restructuring in the coming period.

Taseco Land Targets Profit of Over VND 2,500 Billion, Unveils Ambitious Capital Increase Plan Ahead of 2026 AGM

The AGM is scheduled to take place on April 25, 2026, at a time when the company has exceeded its 2025 business targets and is preparing to enter a new acceleration phase.

Profit target exceeds VND 2,500 billion, marking strong growth from 2025

In 2025, Taseco Land recorded consolidated revenue of approximately VND 3,730 billion and after-tax profit of VND 673 billion, surpassing its annual plan by around 25.6%. This performance was mainly driven by revenue recognition from key projects such as Dong Van III Industrial Park and several developments in Thanh Hoa province. The net profit margin reached 18%, reflecting improved project execution efficiency and cost control.

Building on a pipeline of projects prepared in previous years, Taseco Land has set an ambitious target for 2026, with consolidated revenue expected to exceed VND 11,000 billion and after-tax profit surpassing VND 2,500 billion, representing significant growth compared to 2025.

This plan not only reflects expectations for revenue scale but also signals that the company is entering a phase of monetizing its accumulated project portfolio—considered a key foundation for transitioning into a new growth cycle with improved profit margins.

Project pipeline drives new growth cycle

Taseco Land’s growth outlook is supported by the simultaneous implementation of multiple projects nationwide.

In 2026, the company plans to carry out site clearance for 12 projects with a total area of nearly 369 hectares, while land allocation is expected at 10 projects covering more than 356 hectares. At the same time, key legal procedures, including detailed 1/500 planning approvals, are being accelerated to ensure readiness for project development and sales launches.

On the development front, 2026 is identified as a peak construction year, with plans to commence 11 projects across various segments and localities. These include Trung Van high-rise project, Me Linh social housing project, 1283 Giai Phong apartment complex, Nam Don Luong urban area, Tam Son urban area, Huong Mac urban area, Nam Song Cau urban area, Thuy Nguyen Industrial Park (Hai Phong), Quan Hau urban area, Taseco Resort Da Nang, and Moc Bac clean water plant.

The large-scale rollout across legal, land clearance, and construction phases highlights the company’s strategy of expanding its project pipeline while accelerating time-to-market. This approach not only creates future supply but also lays the groundwork for revenue recognition in the medium term.

Diversified revenue structure and improved efficiency expected

In addition to scale expansion, Taseco Land’s revenue structure is expected to become more balanced. Following initial contributions from the industrial real estate segment in 2025, the company anticipates revenue contributions from all core segments in 2026, including urban real estate, residential housing, and industrial parks.

This diversification is expected to reduce reliance on any single segment while enhancing overall business resilience. Meanwhile, profitability is projected to improve as projects enter the revenue recognition phase, reflecting the accumulated value from earlier stages such as land acquisition, legal completion, and development progress.

With synchronized efforts in project execution, land bank expansion, and legal completion, 2026 is positioned as a pivotal year marking Taseco Land’s transition into a new growth cycle with significantly expanded revenue and profit scale.

Planned capital increase to VND 5,140 billion to strengthen financial foundation

Another key highlight in the AGM documents is the proposed charter capital increase. Taseco Land plans to raise its charter capital to a maximum of VND 5,140 billion through a combination of share issuance to existing shareholders and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Specifically, the company proposes a total dividend payout ratio of 45%, including 5% in cash and 10% in shares from undistributed after-tax profits. Additionally, it plans to issue bonus shares equivalent to 30% of outstanding shares from share premium surplus, thereby increasing charter capital while retaining financial resources for reinvestment.

Alongside this, Taseco Land intends to implement an ESOP issuance of 10 million shares at a price of VND 10,000 per share, equivalent to approximately VND 100 billion. This program aims to recognize employee contributions and enhance retention of key personnel amid the company’s expansion phase.

For 2026, the company targets maintaining a dividend payout ratio of 30% to 40%, with cash dividends of up to 15%, funded from annual after-tax profits—demonstrating a balanced approach between reinvestment and shareholder returns.

The capital increase and profit distribution plans underscore Taseco Land’s proactive strategy in strengthening its financial foundation while flexibly allocating resources between growth investment and shareholder value. As the company enters a new development phase, these moves are expected to support sustainable expansion and reinforce its market position.
